Food Club Mac and Cheese Burgers

Ingredients*

  • 1 (32-ounce) box beef burgers
  • 1 (11-ounce) package hamburger buns
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 8 tomato slices
  • 2 (7.25-ounce) boxes thick & creamy macaroni & cheese dinner, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 (16-ounce) package bacon, cooked

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Add burgers and grill until preferred doneness, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  2. Meanwhile, top the bottom halves of each burger bun with one lettuce leaf and one slice of tomato.
  3. Transfer finished burgers to bottom buns on top of tomato slices. Top each burger with a generous scoop of macaroni & cheese, two slices of bacon, and top halves of burger buns. Serve and enjoy.
