Employees may view their check stubs, W-2’s, benefits, vacation accruals, personal information and have access to important Company news through UKG. The web address is n12.ultipro.com and may be accessed from any computer with internet access–even from home! Employees may use their personal User ID (last name and last four digits of the employee’s social – example Jones1234) and selected password to access the site. Contact the Payroll Department for additional information.
Webmail is available to salaried employees and may be accessed by going to outlook.office365.com/mail Employees paid on an hourly basis are prohibited from remotely accessing their AG email account unless specifically authorized to do so by their supervisor. In the event an hourly employee is authorized by their supervisor to access webmail, the employee must report all time spent accessing webmail during the employee’s non-scheduled work time to their supervisor on a daily basis.
