Ingredients*

  • 2 (8-ounce) blocks original cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 12 slices sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños, roughly chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
  • Sliced French bread, for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add the cooked and crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top of the dip.
  7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with extra crumbled bacon, sliced jalapeños, and chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
  10. Serve hot with tortilla chips or sliced French bread.
