Students Learn Healthy Habits Through Interactive School Assemblies

The Joe Burrow Foundation visited the Baton Rouge area this week as part of its Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies initiative, hosting educational events at two local schools. On October 14, the program was presented at Audubon Charter School, followed by a visit to Port Allen Elementary School on October 16. The events were hosted by Robin and Jimmy Burrow, parents of Joe Burrow.

Designed to encourage lifelong healthy habits, the interactive assemblies focused on the importance of nutritious food choices, physical wellness, and emotional well-being. Students learned practical ways to maintain both a healthy body and a healthy mind through engaging discussions and activities.

Joe Burrow, a former LSU standout, Heisman Trophy winner, and current quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals, established the Joe Burrow Foundation to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and communities.
