Here’s to 80 years of Sharing Meals Together! Associated Grocers, Inc. celebrated Food Club’s 80th Birthday by awarding two lucky winners a five-minute shopping spree at their local Associated Grocers retail member store. The month-long entry contest culminated with the announcement of the two winners who shopped the aisles of their favorite AG store. Food Club, is one of the private label brands offered at Associated Grocers member stores. The Food Club brand offers quality, affordable food for shoppers.
Here’s how the Associated Grocers Shopping Spree worked…
The two lucky winners each had five minutes to fill their baskets with any products from Associated Grocers’ “Our Family of Brands,” including popular labels like Food Club, Crav’n, Simply Done, Sweet P’s and more. The shopping sprees took place on separate dates:
Peggy Matherne won the first spree on Wednesday, February 12th at 7:30 AM at the Pierre Part Store (3421 Hwy 70, Pierre Part, LA), where she amassed $467 in free groceries with 66 items.
The following day, Thursday, February 13th at 6:30 AM, Kaye Pourciau enjoyed her shopping spree at Audubon Market (5452 Live Oak Centre Dr., St. Francisville, LA), triumphantly selecting $1,084 worth of groceries and a remarkable 185 items.
