A Day of Education at Associated Grocers
We were thrilled to open our doors and welcome a wonderful group of middle school students on Monday, September 29, 2025, as part of the Baton Rouge Homeschool Enrichment Program!
The students enjoyed a fun, interactive, and educational day exploring the heart of the grocery distribution business. It was a perfect chance for the Homeschool Enrichment Program to get a firsthand look at complex operations. They learned exactly how our different departments work together seamlessly to ensure their local independent AG stores are consistently stocked with the best products.
Service at the Core
Beyond the logistics of supply and demand, the Homeschool Enrichment Program got a lesson in our core values. We emphasized why SERVICE is at the heart of everything we do, from the warehouse floor to the store shelves. It was a great opportunity to show the next generation the importance of teamwork and dedication in serving our communities.
The entire team at Associated Grocers enjoyed sharing our world with the bright, curious students from the Homeschool Enrichment Program. We look forward to more opportunities to engage with local educational groups!
