These easy Cheesy Bacon & Spinach Stuffed Shells are the perfect comfort-food dinner when you need something hearty, cheesy, and oven-ready. Made with frozen spinach and cheese stuffed shells, marinara sauce, crispy bacon, and melted mozzarella, this baked pasta dish comes together quickly and delivers bold, crowd-pleasing flavor with minimal prep.

Ingredients*

  • 2 (28-ounce) packages cheese and spinach stuffed shells
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cups marinara pasta sauce
  • 2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices thick cut sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Arrange frozen stuffed shells in a single layer over the sauce.
  4. Cover with remaining marinara sauce. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the shells are hot and edges are bubbling.
  6. Uncover and bake until cheese browns slightly, an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
