Our Dock operations have improved substantially with Hours per Route declining and Pallets per Hour increasing. Our Productivity and On Task metrics in Order Selection and Forklift operations have steadily increased. Our total direct and indirect labor expenses have measurably fallen, Mis pulls are declining steadily; Warehouse Damages have trended downward; and our quality of service to retail remains substantially qualitative.
